Otficer Fyle w�as met in the driveway by one of the dog ow•ners (JILL BJORNARAA-ROSE), thc victim's father(BRYCE RADiJEN'I.), and the property owner(BUD BJORNARAA) who st�od back in the distance. Officer Fyle gathered the following information while speaking with Raduenz and Rjornaraa-Rose: . "I�he victim is a 5 year old bo�� (XXXXX XXXXXXX) • Ryker was walking up the stairs on the deck attached to the front of the residence when he was bit by the dog • Ryker suffered a bite injury to his face and finger as well as a bump on his forehead from falling after being bitten . Ryker was being transported to Essentia ER for his injuries by his mother(HEATHER RADUENZ) . The dog(1AX) is a 5 year old black lab and was locked in the bedroom of the �esidence • Jax was not provoked when the bite occurred . Bjornaraa-Rose claimed he was being protective of the house and his owners . Bjornaraa-Rose was asked if the dog has ever bitten anyone before and she hesitated to answer the question, and uttimately didn't until the question was re-phrased . Bjornaraa-Rose was then asked if the dog has even been labeled as being potential dangerous in the past and she said no . Jax is current on vaccinations, including having a micro-chip and the vet clinic is West Tonka Animal Hospital .
