Pequot Lakes Police Monthly Report <br /> Februarv 2020: During the month of February (15t_29tn), the Pequot Lakes Police Department <br /> has a record of 189 calls for service. Call types include but are not limited to: <br /> • Agency Assist <br /> • Civil Service Attempt <br /> • Disturbance <br /> • Driving Complaint <br /> • Drug Information <br /> • Lost Property <br /> • Parking Complaint <br /> • Property Damage Accident <br /> • Theft <br /> • Welfare Check <br /> Notable Calls: <br /> On 2/8/20, Officer Sheri Fyle responded to an address in Jenkins to a report of an assault. <br /> Officer Fyle arrived and located the victim in the kitchen and took his statement. Officer Fyle <br /> then located the female suspect in a bedroom. The male victim was transported to the hospital <br /> and the female was ultimately arrested for 3�d Degree Assault. <br /> On 2/11/20, Officer Ryan Franz was made aware by the office manager that there was a vehicle <br /> release appointment that day and the male coming to pick up the vehicle had a cancelled <br /> license. Officer Franz and the office manager observed a truck park on Main Street west of the <br /> police department. A short time later,the male and two females walked down the sidewalk and <br /> in to city hall. One of the females had a valid license and all three parties left in the vehicle. <br /> While the vehicle was being released, Officer Franz had left the office to go to the school. He <br /> witnessed the females drop the male off at a truck parked on Rasmussen Rd. The male was <br /> issued a citation for Driving After Cancellation. <br /> On 2/23/20, Officer Kate Petersen responded to a snowmobile on fire in the ditch. Pequot <br /> Lakes Fire was paged and distinguished the fire. The driver stated the fire started under the <br /> hood while he was riding on the trail. There were no injuries. <br />
