<br /> Front Street runs north and south between Patriot Avenue and Main Street and consists of commercial
<br /> businesses on both sides of the street. The businesses located on the west side of the street are
<br /> arranged in a pedestrian-friendly fashion while the placement of the structures on the east side of the
<br /> street is predominately designed for automobiles. The southern end of the street's view terminates at
<br /> the TDS building and the north view terminates with the highway. Front Street has a very high
<br /> redevelopment potential and is critical to the overall success of the Grow Zone.
