We are excited to share our many years of <br /> experience in the commercial recreation market to assist you in creating what we feel will be a very exciting and <br /> dynamic project. <br /> Scope of Work Ref#SW20190611-JC <br /> Complete Product&Installation of a Commercial Splashpad to include the following: <br /> • Installation of Vortex Water Features&Smartpoint Manifold Water Distribution System: <br /> o Includes Delivery of all Products as Noted on Splashpad Concept dated 1-24-20. <br /> o Artist Renderings,Spray Zone Layout&Piping&Electrical Schematics. <br /> o MN DOH Permit/Plan Review with Site Inspection Prior to Start-Up.Permit fee included. <br /> • Installation and Concrete to Include: <br /> o Installation to be Performed by an Experienced Vortex Installer. <br /> o Concrete Subbase to be 6"Compacted Class 5. <br /> o Concrete to be 6"thick,#4 Rebar Reinforced,12"O.C.,Medium Broom Finish. <br /> o Total Concrete Supplied:2,123 sq.ft.(wet and dry zones combined)for Splashpad. <br /> o Standard Grey Concrete mix. <br /> o Installation of Smartpoint Manifold Command Center/Drain System,BfP,Pressure Regulator, <br /> Piping(to Include Schedule 80 PVC),Valves,Joints&Connections,Setting of Water Feature <br /> Foundations&Embeds&Installation of Vertical Water Features. <br /> o Backflow preventer(RPZ)to be installed by Licensed Plumber hired by CRS.Product included in <br /> Splashpad Equipment and to be installed in nearby irrigation cabinet.Irrigation cabinet to be <br /> supplied and installed by CRS. <br /> o Electrical work to include power(120V)from a nearby subpanel to Smartpoint Manifold Power <br /> Supply and Timer.All wiring to Controller in Center of Drain&Bonding of all Water Features and <br /> Concrete Rebar.CRS to hire local Licensed Electrician.
