`., <br />DATE: 04/15/2009 <br />Memo: <br />Pequot Lakes Police Department <br />TO: Chief Braam & Pequot Lakes City Council <br />FROM: Officer Josh Gartner <br />Re: Safe & Sober Resolution <br />Chief Braam and Council Members, <br />Attached is a resolution to enter into a Safe & Sober agreement with the <br />Office of Traffic Safety and the Brainerd Police Department will <br />execute the grant. <br />This is the same thing that we have done in past years, the only change <br />being that it will be for a 3 -year period instead of 1 year at a time.
