Pequot Lakes Police Dept. <br />Report to the City Council <br />April 29, 2009 <br />So far for the month of April the Department has logged 485 individual ICRs. <br />Current Activities: <br />The Reserves, Part time and Full time Officers conducted more than 517 individual security checks of <br />businesses and homes throughout the month, with 4 open doors found at area businesses. <br />The Reserve Officers assisted Officer Petersen with Prom activities out at the Breezy Point Resort on <br />Saturday, April 4th <br />Training: <br />Apr 28th: The Full Department had their annual Mandatory Training on subjects such as, Hazmat, <br />Blood born pathogens, FATS. <br />Apr 30th _ <br />May 1St: Officer Petersen will attend DWI — Vehicle Homicide investigation training. <br />Significant Cases: <br />During the weekend of April 25th — 26th, Officer Gartner had two DWI arrests, one occurring at 7:00 am <br />on Saturday morning and one at 9:30 am Sunday morning.
