Eastvold <br /> *Call Re�ular Meeting to Order <br /> 3:OOp.m. Chairman Ritter called the meeting to order. <br /> *Consider Agenda/Chan�es <br /> No Changes <br /> *Consent Agenda/Regular Meeting <br /> Motion to accept the Minutes, Payment of the Bills and Financials. <br /> Watson requested amendment on January minutes to show more details. <br /> Moved by Watson, Seconded by Peterson, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> Board discussed and agreed the Minutes, Payment of the Bills and Financials to be accepted individually. <br /> Motion to accept the Minutes. <br /> Moved by Dittes, Seconded by Watson, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> Motion to accept the Payment of the Bills. <br /> Moved by Dittes, Seconded by Watson, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> Motion to accept that the Financial reports from C. Naber will be sent to each board member by PDF. <br /> Moved by Watson, Seconded by Peterson, all Ayes; motion carried. <br /> *West Grove <br /> Upcoming unit vacate 3/1/2020 will need major renovation. <br /> *Siblev Terrace <br /> Both vacant units now occupied. Budget has been approved by HUD. <br /> *ParkView <br /> Waiting on budget acceptance. <br /> *Alpine <br /> Budget has been approved by Rural Development. <br /> *Executive Director's Renort <br /> Suggested Resident Incentives at the time of their Annual Recertification. Each year give them an option <br /> for an upgrade such as new light fixtures,blinds or a backsplash. It would help keep the units up to date and <br /> easier and faster when it comes to turn them over. Board members agreed that this was a great idea. <br /> *Maintenance Report <br /> Completed the 2 turnovers in Sibley Tenace and will be having a turnover in West Grove and Parkview II <br /> coming up. Some work orders for exterior will have to address in the spring due to weather and snow. <br /> Repairs on the snow blower have been done and purchased extra parts for any future break downs. <br /> *Other Business <br /> No Business <br /> *Open Forum <br /> Parkview I resident asked about the finishing of the painting in the stairwells. Was explained the winter <br /> weather has been causing the delay on the timing of getting that finished. It will get completed when time <br /> is available. <br /> Parkview I resident commented that maintenance has been doing a great job with the snow and ice removal. <br /> Sibley Terrace resident suggested that the nonfunctional phone in entry be covered or taken out. It confuses <br /> people and they try to use it.
