ORDINANCE NUMBER 20-_, SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, ARTICLE 5 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING LICENSE AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS <br /> FOR TOBACCO REGULATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> The purpose of this ordinance amendment is to amend Chapter 9, Article 5 of the Pequot Lakes <br /> City Code regarding license and business regulations for tobacco regulations within the City of <br /> Pequot Lakes. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 9, Article 5 shall be amended as follows. <br /> Section 9-5.1.
