Pe�quQt Lakes Police Monthly Repa�t <br /> January 2020: During the month of January (15Y-315Y), the Pequot Lakes Police Department has a <br /> record of 220 calls for service. Call types include but are not limited to: <br /> • 911 Hang up <br /> • Agency Assist <br /> • Civil Problem <br /> • Disturbance <br /> • Driving Complaint <br /> • EMS <br /> • Extra Patrol <br /> • Gun Permits <br /> • Noise Complaint <br /> • Property Damage Accident <br /> • Suspicious Vehicle <br /> • Tobacco Violation <br /> Notable Calls: <br /> On 1/3/20, Officer Matt Jorgens responded to an address in Ideal Twp to assist the Crow Wing <br /> Co Sheriff's Office and Crosslake Police. Reporting party called 911 and advised they were <br /> holding down a male that was schizophrenic and experiencing hallucinations. Officers Jorgens <br /> and Crosslake ofFicer safely detained the subject until deputies arrived and stood by for officer <br /> safety. Male was transported to the hospital. <br /> On 1/8/20, Chief Eric Klang and Officer Ryan Franz responded to a rollover crash on Co Rd 17. <br /> Single occupant of the vehicle was treated for minor injuries on the scene.The young female <br /> driver was unaware of how icy the road conditions were that day. <br /> On 1/28/20, part time Officer Rachel Boggs responded to an address in Jenkins. The female <br /> called dispatch and advised that she had warrants and would like to turn herself in. Officer <br /> Boggs took the female into custody and transported her to the Crow Wing Co jail without <br /> incident. <br />
