CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> `-' RESOLUTION 19-07 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> OF PEQUOT LAKES AND TEAMSTERS GENERAL LOCAL NO. 346 <br /> COVERING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT UNIT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pequot Lakes (City) and the Teamsters General Local <br /> No. 346 (Union), on behalf of the police department unit, have agreed upon a <br /> proposed Labor Agreement for calendar years 2019-2021; and <br /> WHEREAS, changes to the existing labor agreement were made regarding fair <br /> share fees, grievance procedures, overtime, vacations, insurance, leaves of <br /> absence, seniority, wages, and shift differential; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed labor agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> PEQUOT LAKES, MINNESOTA, does hereby approve and adopt the 2019-2021 <br /> Labor Agreement befinreen the City and Union, on behalf of the Pequot Lakes <br /> police department unit, as proposed and authorizes and directs the Mayor and <br /> City Administrator to execute the same on behalf of the City. <br /> � <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 5th day of February, <br /> 2019. <br /> �� <br /> i <br /> J es Tayloe <br /> ATTEST: Mayor <br /> ��� �7.�f��� <br /> Nancy Malecha <br /> City Administrator <br /> � <br />
