CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> �' RESOLUTION 19-02 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NEW MAYOR TO SIGN CHECKS AND <br /> BANK DOCUMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council requires finro signatures on checks <br /> and bank transactions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council hereby removes Nancy Adams as an authorized <br /> signer on all checks and bank documents from First National Bank in Pequot <br /> Lakes and Wells Fargo Bank effective January 8, 2019. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pequot Lakes, County of Crow Wing, Minnesota, that James Tayloe as Mayor of <br /> the City of Pequot Lakes, and Nancy Malecha as City Administrator for the City <br /> of Pequot Lakes are authorized to sign checks and bank documents at First <br /> National Bank in Pequot Lakes and Wells Fargo Bank effective January 8, 2019. <br /> Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 8th day of January, 2019. <br /> � � <br /> Ja es Tayloe <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �/l�,��.� �%,�.r_ f. �-� <br /> , <br /> Nancy Malech� <br /> City Administrator <br /> � <br />
