ORDINANCE NUMBER 2o-oi, SECOND SERIES AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP'TER��OF THE CITY CODE CREATING A PATRIOT DEVELOPMENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION, PROVISIONS FOR TEMPORARY COMMERCIAL STRUGTURES, NEW DEFINITIONS,AND REVISING THE I.AND USE MATRIX CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES COiJNTY OF CROW WING STATE OF MINNESOTA The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter i�of the Pequot Lakes City Code creating a"Patriot Development"Zoning Classification, establishing provisions for temporary commercial structures, adding definitions and revising the Land Use Matrix. Amendment: Chapter i�,Article 3.2 shall be amended to include: Athletie �acility. An area of lat�d or anv buil�iin�in wlYi�;h ainuseme�rt, recreation,_or athletic sports are pro��ided for public or semi-public use whether tempora .1�OT�ermanent and whether�rovision is made for the accommodation of an assemblv or not. Medical Facilitv. Shall mean a structure where the primarY use is�rovidin� short-term medical care in either an out-patient or in-patient facilitv.
