ORDINANCE NiTMBER i9-og, SECOND SERIES <br /> �-- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP'TER 1�OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING ZONING DISTRICT PROVISIONS AND OVERLAY DISTRICTS <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUN'I'Y OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter <br /> i�of the Pequot Lakes City Code regarding Zoning District Provisions and Overlay <br /> Districts. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 1�, Article 5.i shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section i�-5.i GENERAI. <br /> 6. The following provisions apply to all zoning districts: <br /> A. Except where specifically stated, all accessory structures or uses <br /> require the prior establishment of a principle structure. <br /> B. Agricultural use is prohibited within loo feet of the OHW. <br /> � C.
