ORDINANCE NUMBER i9-og, SECOND SERIES <br /> �-- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER i�OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING ZONING DISTRICT PROVISIONS AND OVERLAY DISTRICTS <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT I.AKES <br /> COiTNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter <br /> i�of the Pequot Lakes City Code regarding Zoning District Provisions and Overlay <br /> Districts. <br /> Amendment: Chapter i�,Article 5.i shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section i�-5.i GENERAL <br /> 6. The following provisions apply to all zoning districts: <br /> A. Except where specifically stated, all accessory structures or uses <br /> require the prior establishment of a principle structure. <br /> B. Agricultural use is prohibited within loo feet of the OHW. <br /> � C. There shall be no impervious coverage within 5o feet of the OHW <br /> excepts walks and steps on grade l�ss than four feet wide as <br /> provided for in this Chapter. <br /> D. Water orientated accessory structures, including boathouses, are <br /> prohibited. <br /> Amendment: Chapter i�,Article 6.i shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section i�-6.� GENERAI. <br /> 4. Districts. The following overlay districts are hereby established: <br /> Highway 37� Corridor Overlay District <br /> Recreational Vehicle Resort Overlay District <br /> Extractive Use Overlay District <br /> Grow Zone Overlay District <br /> Large Resort Overlay Zone <br /> Business Park Infill Zone <br /> Floodplain Management Overlay District <br /> Offsite Sign Overlay District <br /> Residential-Golf Course Community Overlay District <br /> � <br /> 1 <br />
