LandscaUin�. <br /> (1) A landsca�ing plan shall be submitted at the time of site plan and shall <br /> include the following requirements: <br /> a) Detailed natural land analysis including vegetation, soil t�es and slopes. <br /> b) Man-made features. <br /> c) Details of all �roposed vegetative landscapin� materials, includin� <br /> �lacement Latin name common name cali�er/height and quantitv. <br /> d) Details of all pro�osed non-vegetative land landscapin� and screenin� <br /> materials including li h� tin�• <br /> e) Where landscape or man-made materials are used toa�rovide rec�uired <br /> screening from adjacent and neighborin��roperties a cross-section shall <br /> be pro��ided at a legible scale illustrating the prospective of the site from the <br /> neighborin��ropertv and�ro�erty line elevation. <br /> (2) Landsca�ing shall complv w�th the followin� requirements: <br /> a) Plantin�s shall be installed around a_minimum of fifty percent (�,o%) of the <br /> exterior footprint of all buildin�s. <br /> b) Landscapin� shall_im�rove the a�earance of the structure and break up <br /> lar�ee unadorned buildin�elevations, <br />
