ORDINANCE NLTMBER 20-_, SECOND SERIES AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP'I'ER 1�OF THE CITY CODE CREATING A PATRIOT DEVELOPMENT ZONING CLA.SSIFICATION, PROVISIONS FOR TEMPORARY COMMERCIAL STRUCI'LJRES, NEW DEFINITIONS, AND REVISING THE LAND USE MATRIX CITY OF PEQUOT I.AKES COUNZ'Y OF CROW WING STATE OF MINNESOTA The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: Pur�ose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter i�of the Pequot Lakes City Code creating a "Patriot Development"Zoning Classification, establishing provisions for temporary commercial structures, adding definitions and revising the Land Use Matrix. Amendment: Chapter 1�,Article 3.2 shall be amended to include: Athletic Facilitv An area of lanci ur aiiy� builditig in �ti�liicli aiiiusement, recreation, or athletic sports are�rovided for �ublic or semi-public use, whether temporary or�ermanent and whether provision is made for the accommodation of an assembly or not. Medical Facilitv Shall mean a structure where the primarY use is �ravidin� short-term medical care in either an out-�atient or in-�atient facility A nursing home or long-term care facility shall not be considered a medical facilitv.
