Temporary_ commercial structures shall not be �ermitted in the uublic realm <br /> including but not limited to public sidewalks, public streets,�arkss_right-of-wati,�, <br /> and �arking spaces. <br /> 2, Au interim use ermit may be granted with a�propriate conditions for temporary <br /> commercial structures on pri��ate pro�ertv. <br /> 3. Adec�uate measures to control power, noisei and waste shall be �rovided. A COpV <br /> of an electrical inspection stating.the�ower source is_state electric code compliant <br /> shall be.�ro��ided to the Citv. <br />
