The City annually <br /> designates the Echo Journal and the Brainerd Dispatch as its official newspapers. <br /> The Echo Journal is the main newspaper used by the City and the Brainerd <br /> Dispatch is mainly used as a backup in the case of a missed publication deadline. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion adopting the attached resolution <br /> designating official newspapers for 2020. <br />
