CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> 2020 ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS <br /> AMENDED: 1-7-20 <br /> Committee/Department Description 2020 Appointment <br /> Administration Liaison The Administration Office includes the City James Tayloe <br /> Administrator, City Clerk/Treasurer,Zoning (Cheri Seils) <br /> Specialist, and Administrative Assistant. <br /> Building Committee The Building Committee meets as needed for Pete Clement <br /> maintenance or remodeling of City buildings which Scott Pederson <br /> include City Hall, Public Works Facility, Cole Nancy Malecha <br /> Memorial, Library,Water Plant,Wastewater Jason Gorr <br /> Treatment Facility, and Chamber buildings. <br /> Cable Commission The Cable Commission meets once a year and its James Tayloe <br /> members include representatives of the entities in Nancy Malecha <br /> the Heartland Cable Commission. <br /> Economic Development The Economic Development Commission meets on Scott Pederson <br /> Commission Liaison the third Tuesday of each month at 8:00 a.m.at City <br /> Hall. <br /> Emergency Management The Emergency Management Directors are Eric Klang <br /> responsible for the City's Emergency Management Tom Nelson <br /> Plan. <br /> Fire Board The Fire Board meets on the last Wednesday during James Tayloe <br /> the months of January,April,July, and October at (Nancy Malecha) <br /> 7:00 p.m. in the Fire Department Meeting Room. <br /> Members include representatives of the entities <br /> that the Fire Department services. <br /> Fire Liaison The Fire Department includes the Fire Chief, Nancy Malecha <br /> Assistant Fire Chiefs, Captains, and Firefighters. <br /> Fire Relief Board The Fire Relief Board meets as needed to discuss James Tayloe <br /> investment and benefit level items regarding the Nancy Malecha <br /> firefighters' pension plan. <br /> HRA Commission Liaison The Housing and Redevelopment Authority meets Pete Clement <br /> on the third Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. at <br /> the HRA Office. <br /> Library Board The Library Board meets on the second Tuesday Mimi Swanson <br /> during the months of March,lune,September,and <br /> December at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem The Mayor Pro-Tem takes over when the Mayor is Cheri Seils <br /> absent. <br /> Park Commission Liaison The Park Commission meets on the second Thursday Mimi Swanson <br /> of each month at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall. <br /> Personnel Committee The Personnel Committee meets as needed to Scott Pederson <br /> review job descriptions,job classifications,wage Cheri Seils <br /> increases,and benefits for employees.
