Summer Maintenance: Mowing ditches to prevent tall weeds, shrubs, and <br /> tree growth; grading to maintain proper slope and surface; shouldering as needed <br /> and minor maintenance (potholes) <br /> 3. SiEnificant Maintenance: More significant maintenance, rehabilitation, and <br /> repairs will be done with the approval of both city councils. If approval is not <br /> given, materials can be denied. Costs will be split in proportion to road <br /> ownership as noted on the attached Shared Road Agreement Map. <br /> 4.
