January 31 the water utility will be disconnected on the second working day of <br /> February. <br /> If a customer calls City Hall prior to Feb 1 to make payment arrangements and <br /> payment arrangement is granted: <br /> The customer will have until the last day of the following month(Feb. 28)to pay entire <br /> amount due including the current month bill (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb) <br /> One week prior to the disconnect date, City staff will hang red tag on delinquent <br /> customer's door which will inform the customer that the water utility will be <br /> disconnected in one week if payment is not received by the required date. <br /> Second working day of March—disconnect date - if account is not current, (must pay <br /> Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb) disconnect of the water utility will occur immediately. <br />
