<br /> i) Construct guest quarters which exceed the m�imum area allowed (75o sf

<br /> 2) Construct guest quarters on a property that does not meet the minimum

<br /> 3) Exceed the m�imum area allowed for accessory structures in the

<br /> The existing structure is i4.5 ft tall (13 ft allowed). The proposed addition
<br /> would match the height of the existing structure.
<br /> The subject property is located at 6i84 Inland Trails Road, is zoned Shoreline
<br /> Residential and is owned by the applicants. The surrounding property is zoned
<br /> Shoreline Residential to the east and west and Rural Residential to the south.
