Final Design, Construction Documents, & Bidding <br /> In conjunction with the segment to the south, prepare final plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> Prepare Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) National Pollutant <br /> Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Stormwater Permit as <br /> well as the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The City is to <br /> pay any permit fees. <br /> $8,000 <br /> Finalize plans and specifications based on City reviews. <br /> We will prepare an Advertisement for Bids and submit to the Construction <br /> Bulletin, the Pequot Lakes Echo, and the Brainerd Daily Dispatch. City is <br /> to pay any advertisement costs. <br /> We will issue Contract Documents to bidders, address bidders' questions, <br /> issue addenda as required, attend the bid opening, and prepare a <br /> tabulation of bids and a recommendation of award. <br /> III. Construction Phase <br /> We will provide for construction staking, periodic site visits, and <br /> miscellaneous construction contract administration coordination. <br /> Please note that our effort is based on the City handling the day-to-day <br /> aspects of the construction. <br /> We will provide a post-construction topographic survey and conformed to $10,100 <br /> construction drawings. <br /> Our effort is based on this project being coordinated with the project <br /> segment to the south.
