While they may be <br /> marginal for construction (thus the reason they likely went tax-forfeit), there is no reason they <br /> could not be developed and put in a taxpaying capacity. The Planning Commission is thus <br /> recommending that the Council allow the County to classify the properties as "non- <br /> conservation"and place them on the land sale. <br /> Comprehensive Plan Community Workshop.
