Bobber Water Tower - Information <br />October 1, 1999 — Lease <br />Chamber leased from the City — Bobber Water Tower and all City owned property <br />adjacent to it, including the building currently used as the Chamber office, and the pump <br />house. <br />Chamber to pay the City $150 per month for the bobber water tower property. The City <br />agreed to use the rent payment to establish a fund to defray future demolition costs. <br />The City agreed to allow the Chamber to sublet the building. <br />February 2002 — Commercial Lease <br />Chamber leased the building on the bobber tower land to Smokey Hollow Fish from 2002 <br />— 2005. Approximate rent revenue to Chamber = $21,300. <br />*(The revenue is only assumed according to the signed Commercial Leases which show <br />monthly payment amounts). <br />November 1, 2005 — Council Motion <br />Council to waive future water charges for the Chamber Building. <br />Approximate cost for water for one year (2011) using 3,500 gallons per month = <br />$320 <br />May 2, 2006, - Council Motion <br />Council forgave the Chamber payment of $150 to the City. <br />Annroximate Pavments the Chamber made to the Citv of S150/Month <br />1999 — Oct — Dec = 3 Months = $ 450 <br />2000 —2005 = 72 Months = $10,800 <br />2006 — Jan — May = 5 Months = 750 <br />TOTAL PAYMENTS TO CITY $12,000 <br />*(City computer records go back to 2005.
