MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING COMMISSION/ <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> JLTNE 20, 2oi9 <br /> PRESENT: Andrew Birch, Mark Hallan, Laura Larson,Tom Paulbeck, and Wesley <br /> Wilson. ABSENT: Nathan Norton and Christopher Savino <br /> CITY PLANNER: Justin Burslie, Sourcewell <br /> ZONING SPECIALIST: Dawn Bittner <br /> COUNCIL LIAISON: Scott Pederson,Absent <br /> The meeting was called to order at 6:0o PM by Chair Hallan. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson, seconded by <br /> Planning Commissioner Member Birch, to open the Public Hearings. All <br /> members voted "aye". Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> APPLICANI': Brent Ryappy <br /> Applicant requests to Rezone from Shoreline Residential to Rural <br /> Residential <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. Applicant was not present nor represented by <br /> Brent Anderson. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT OPENED: <br /> No public comments. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT CLOSED. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Birch, to recommend the City Council <br /> rezone the subject property to Rural Residential, based on the following <br /> Findings of Fact: <br /> i.
