Future Capital Improvements <br /> 1. Valves <br /> 2. Floatdown and re-coat water tower <br /> 3. Pull together a comprehensive computer based map with attributes <br /> 4. Remind P&Z and public periodically of the Wellhead Protection Zone <br /> 5. Proactive Masterplan for water system improvements <br /> • Have this in place before development pressures dictate improvements <br /> • Coordinate with P&Z-will certain development densities trigger the <br /> need for watermain extensions? <br /> • Is there general ranking criteria(proactive) or case-by-case (reactive)? <br /> 6. Watermain to connect dead end on north end of Front Street to dead end <br /> on north side of Trailside Estates <br /> 7. Industrial Park expansion? <br /> 8. Relocate and upsize watermain on the east side of Hwy 371 north of <br /> Pillsbury <br /> C. For watermain extensions or replacements,the MN Department of Health(MDH) <br /> requires a permit with construction drawings and specifications signed by a <br /> licensed professional engineer. <br /> D. Write down a Special Assessment Policy? <br /> E.
