CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 09-03 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPERS FOR 2009 <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes,Minnesota designates the following newspapers as its official newspapers in <br /> which the City will publish ordinances and other matters as required by law for the year <br /> 2009: <br /> • Lake Country Echo <br /> • Brainerd Dispatch <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Lake Country Echo will be the main <br /> newspaper used for publications required by law. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 6t'day of January, 2009. <br /> Nancy Adams, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
