<br /> B"with Lot 4, Block 3, Sibley Wildlife Estates.
<br /> Proposed"Tract A"and"Tract B"have sufficient access from North Sluetter Road.
<br /> The adjacent parcels to the north, south and east are zoned Rural Residential, and the
<br /> parcels to the west are located within Loon Lake Township in Cass County.
