Elissa also reviewed the industrial park analysis that <br /> was done by ADC. <br /> Sheila Haverkamp talked about a future meeting topic that she would like to <br /> discuss regarding "Green." Sheila informed the EDC that many cities list their <br /> industrial park properties with real estate agents. She noted that this is something <br /> the City should think about. Sheila stated that she would bring more information <br /> on both subjects at a future meeting. <br /> 4. Downtown Plan Implementation <br />
