Heart of the Good Life Development Marketinq Strateqv <br /> Ms. Malecha informed the Council that the Economic Development Commission <br /> has been working on a marketing strategy for the Heart of the Good Life <br /> Development and at their last meeting they recommended the City proceed with a <br /> flag display strategy for visual marketing to passing motorists. The EDC would like <br /> the City to erect six flags, at a height not to exceed 15 feet, and at a cost not to <br /> exceed $2,000 to be paid from the 2019 Economic Development budgetary funds <br /> designated for the shared communications manager position.
