2. The premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition at all times and all <br /> improvements shall be maintained in a condition of reasonable repair and <br /> appearance. <br /> 3. The applicant shall designate and utilize one area of the property for storage of <br /> scrap material.Scrap material may not be stored outside of the designated area. <br /> The storage area shall not be visible from the public right-of-way or adjacent <br /> properry OR shall be screened from those areas with 6ft height evergreen trees <br /> or other screening approved by the planning commission <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, in accordance with City Code Section i�-i1.5, any <br /> person aggrieved by the Planning Commission's resolution of the Conditional Use <br /> Permit application herein may appeal such resolution to the City Council by filing <br /> written notice of intent to appeal with the City Administrator within fifteen (i5) days of <br /> the date of this Resolution indicated below. <br /> Passed by the Planning Commission of the City of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota this 2oth day <br /> of June, 2019. <br /> Mark Hallan <br /> Chair <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Dawn Bittner <br /> Zoning Specialist <br /> 4 <br />
