Motion carried. <br /> Treasurer's Report by David Anderson. Total=$129,636.73. Endowment(4 CD's) =$70,135.06, <br /> Rainy Day fund$10,238.26. Building Fund (4 CD's) $40,784.38. Checking= $8,480.03. <br /> A donation of$2000.00 was received for the building fund from a resident. Those funds are not yet <br /> reflected in the above figures. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> --Volunteer Coordinator-Nancy Adams has reported that she has plenty of volunteers at this time. <br /> --Publicity- Claire Nagel reported that the monthly newspaper articles continue. A discussion was held <br /> concerning the publicity that will be necessary when we begin fund raising. A discussion was held about <br /> possible members of a fund raising committee that should be appointed soon. <br /> --Building- John Longnecker reported on the contact that has been made and the meeting with an <br /> architect from Kuepers. A plan to remodel the large store room east of the present Children's Room was <br /> examined. John Luce has volunteered to act as Project Manager for our building project <br /> OLD BUSINESS. <br /> --The new shelving unit has arrived and been installed. <br /> --A shelf has been acquired to put in the foyer for books taken by patrons. <br /> --John Longnecker reported on the meeting of the Kitchigama board that he attended and how the new <br /> Joint Powers Agreement will work. <br /> �...
