Motion carried. Treasurer's Report by David Anderson. Total=$129,636.73. Endowment(4 CD's) =$70,135.06, Rainy Day fund$10,238.26. Building Fund (4 CD's) $40,784.38. Checking= $8,480.03. A donation of$2000.00 was received for the building fund from a resident. Those funds are not yet reflected in the above figures. COMMITTEE REPORTS --Volunteer Coordinator-Nancy Adams has reported that she has plenty of volunteers at this time. --Publicity- Claire Nagel reported that the monthly newspaper articles continue. A discussion was held concerning the publicity that will be necessary when we begin fund raising. A discussion was held about possible members of a fund raising committee that should be appointed soon. --Building- John Longnecker reported on the contact that has been made and the meeting with an architect from Kuepers. A plan to remodel the large store room east of the present Children's Room was examined. John Luce has volunteered to act as Project Manager for our building project OLD BUSINESS. --The new shelving unit has arrived and been installed. --A shelf has been acquired to put in the foyer for books taken by patrons. --John Longnecker reported on the meeting of the Kitchigama board that he attended and how the new Joint Powers Agreement will work. �...
