Mr. Burslie presented the Findings of Fact regarding the flag pole <br /> request. <br /> Mike Achterkirch addressed the Planning Commission regarding the impervious <br /> coverage increase. They prefer to place their boats on an asphalt surface rather than dirt; <br /> it is more practical and provides a better presentation. Mr. Burslie stated a Condition is <br /> included that a stormwater management plan be created by a licensed engineer which <br /> contains the io-year, 24 hour storm event. <br /> Planning Commission Member Norton asked if providing the stormwater plan would be <br /> an issue. Mr. Babinski stated that would not be a problem and Stonemark should be able <br /> to provide it. Mr. Burslie clarified that the Condition applies just to the new impervious. <br /> Planning Commission Member Wilson asked where the drainage from the existing <br /> impervious coverage is going. Mr. Babinski pointed out the existing stormwater ponds. <br /> Vice-Chair Birch noted that as you look at the survey, it appears the impervious coverage <br /> is greater than 59.2%. Mr. Babinski explained the areas between the large buildings is all <br /> pervious. <br /> Mike Achterkirch addressed the flag pole. They were surprised to read the <br /> recommendation to deny.
