Regular Meeting <br />• Canvassed the Municipal election results <br />• Approved the BLADC Contract for 2011 <br />• Approved $500 contribution to Initiative Foundation for 2011 <br />• Reviewed and approved budget changes for the budget hearing to be held on <br />December 7, 2010 <br />• Tabled the loitering ordinance <br />• Approved the Jenkins Township Police Contract <br />• Approved the Jenkins City Police Contract <br />• Reviewed assessment options for North Sluetter and Wild Life Trail Assessment <br />Project <br />• Designated chokecherry sale proceeds to Trailside Park equipment <br />• Certified delinquent utility and fire charges to taxes <br />• Redeemed Library CD <br />`- • Approved bid for library shelving <br />• Called a special Council meeting for December 14th to consider municipal consent <br />• Approved Labor Agreement for Teamsters Local 346 <br />• Approved participation agreement for Teamsters Health Fund <br />November 9, 2010. Closed Meeting <br />• Closed meeting for the purpose of labor negotiations <br />November 16, 2010, Special Meeting <br />• Municipal Consent public hearing on Highway 371 alternate route <br />Park Commission <br />November 11 Meeting .... The Park Commission did not meet in November due to <br />Veteran's Day holiday. <br />Economic Development Commission <br />The EDC did not meet in November. The meeting was planned for November 30th but <br />was postponed due to a winter storm. <br />HRA Minutes <br />November 16th Meeting .... (Minutes are attached) <br />I".., PROJECTS: <br />Elections — The November 2nd elections ran very smoothly. Pequot Lakes had a 66% <br />voter turnout. <br />
