West Lake Street Project Change Order #4 <br />11.2. West Lake Street Project Final Payment <br />Report: West Lake Street Project Chance Order #4 <br />`- Attached is Change Order #4. This change order results in a <br />deduct of $504.02 in the contract price. The change order is <br />a result of a reconciliation of as- builts. <br />West Lake Street Project Final Payment — Attached is <br />partial pay estimate #3 which is the final payment for the <br />West Lake Street Improvement Project. The final payment <br />for this project is $2,624.58. <br />Council Action Requested: <br />1. Council motion approving Change Order #4 in the <br />amount of $504.02. <br />2. Council motion approving final payment for the West <br />~' Lake Street Project in the amount of $2,624.58. <br />
