Gazebo <br />The Clerk noted that Chamber has informed the City that there is a <br />gazebo available for about $300 from the City of Osakis. The one <br />stipulation is that the gazebo must be located by the Paul Bunyan bike <br />trail. The Commission discussed the need and possible locations. It was <br />the consensus of the Commission that there was no viable place along the <br />trail for the gazebo. <br />6. Agenda Packets <br />The Clerk informed the Commissioners that she would like to begin e- <br />mailing the meeting packets. The Commissioners concurred. <br />7. Other Business <br />Commissioner Bruch stated he had been contacted by Jack Schmidt who <br />had some concerns with the Field of Dreams. His concern related to the <br />possibility of a fire danger and suggested mowing the area. The <br />Commissioners noted that the City has trees planted in the area and <br />mowing would require killing the trees. <br />8. Adjournment <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER BRUCH MOVED <br />TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER DOUGHTY <br />SECONDED THE MOTION.
