MONTHLY STAFF REPORT City Clerk's Office December, 2011 City Council Meeting December 1, 2011, Regular Meeting • Authorized Library Building loan payment of $3,000 • Authorized utility refund to St. Alice Rectory • Approved the final tax levy of $1,491,526 • Approved 2012 budgets • Approved the HRA tax levy of $38,250 • Did not waive the monetary limits on municipal tort liability • Adopted the 2012 fee schedule • Voted on the comprehensive plan — motion failed • Issued a one -time fire contract credit to Breezy Point resort • Adopted the Crow Wing County All- Hazard Mitigation Plan • Approved the prosecution agreement with Mallie Law Office • Granted a sewer utility credit to Earl Hemmerich • Voted to move forward with a scaled down version of the Government Drive project • Accepted engineering proposal for engineering services for the Government Drive proj ect • Authorized staff to go out for RFP's to update the City's Utility Rate Study • Revised the City Cell Phone Policy • Authorized payment to Music General • Tabled action on the Bobber Tower electric bill Park Commission — December 8, 2011 • Park Commission minutes are attached.
