Overstory Tree Equivalency: Up to fifty peresnt(50%)of the required number of <br /> overstory trees on a slte may be subs�tuted with an equlvalent number of understory <br /> trees, smafler trees or shrubs. In such cases, iwo(2)omamental trees, two(2)4 foot <br /> coniferous trees, two (2) 1.5-inch diameter overstory trees, or ten (10)shrubs shall <br /> be equivalent to ane overstory tree. <br /> j. Required Landscaping: Where required trees are removed to alloav placement ai <br /> building addition or site expansion, the required trees shall be replaced elsewhere <br /> on the property.
