34•Survey standards: The preliminary plat was prepared by a licensed surveyor <br /> (Patrick A.Trottier-PLS #4ioo2) and conforms to the standards in Minnesota <br /> Statutes. <br /> 35•The subject property is accessed via a 33'wide easement Document #A888i64. <br /> 36.Street improvement standards: The proposed private drive will be constructed by <br /> the developer and maintained by the home owners association. There are no <br /> public streets proposed in the development. <br /> 3�.Sanitary provision standards: The development will be served by a cluster sewer <br /> system. The system will be installed by the developer at his expense.
