A seeding <br /> vendor was approached to get recommendations on how to proceed and to provide <br /> outside discussion of proper techniques and expectations. The seeding and <br /> resulting lawn development/drainage goals were summarized onsite with WSN. <br /> Council Action Requested: No Council action requested. <br />
