OfFicer Fyle conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and <br /> made contact with the male driver.After testing,the male was ultimately arrested for <br /> Misdemeanor 4t" Degree DWI and Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle. <br /> On 3/13/19, Officer Ryan Franz was dispatched to Lucky's Tavern for a report of a Driving <br /> Complaint. OfFicer Franz arrived on scene and made contact with the female driver, who <br /> appeared to be passed out inside the vehicle.The female was arrested for Gross Misdemeanor <br /> 3rd Degree DWI. <br /> On 3/18/19, Officer Matt Jorgens was on routine patrol in Jenkins. He conducted a traffic stop <br /> on a vehicle for obstructed rear license plate. While speaking with driver, Officer Jorgens <br /> narcotics in plain view.The driver consented to a search of the vehicle which revealed more <br /> narcotics and paraphernalia. The driver was arrested for Felony 5th Degree Controlled <br /> Substance Possession. A rifle, cash and the vehicle are held pending forFeiture. <br />
