The Planning Commission met for their regularly scheduled November meeting at which <br />they held two public hearings and a special session on the Comprehensive Plan. They <br />are forwarding you one recommendation at this time. <br />M <br />1. Ordinance Amendment Regarding Animal Husbandry. The City Clerk is <br />in the process of amending Chapter 9 of the City Code to address the number of <br />dogs allowed per household, amongst other things. The Planning Commission is <br />recommending that "dogs" and "cats" be eliminated from the definition of animal <br />husbandry and that any future complaints regarding dogs and cats should be <br />addressed within Chapter 9 of the Code. <br />The amendments are attached for the Council to review and act on. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
