The applicant proposes to subdivide the subject properry into a i2.4 acre parcel(Tract A) <br /> and a i4.6 acre parcel (Tract B). Both proposed "Tract A and Tract B" are vacant and <br /> predominantly wooded. <br /> There is a wetland located in the northwest corner of the subject property measuring <br /> approximately 2 acres in size. <br /> Both proposed"Tract A and Tract B"contain sufficient area for a primary and alternate <br /> location for Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems(SSTS). "Tract A and Tract B"also <br /> have sufficient access from Preserve Blvd.and Little Walnut Lane. <br /> The adjacent parcels to the east and west are zoned Rural Residential,while the parcel to <br /> the south is zoned Recreation.
