Because of the lingering winte�weather and site <br /> conditions, I have not yet conducted a full site evaluation and design for this project. However, I <br /> have prepared a preliminary septic system configuration that I think wrill serve as a basic <br /> framework for the project moving forward. <br /> The development will cansist of�15 single family, 3-bedroom, slab-on-grade homes. The hames <br /> will be divided into 3 groups of 5 homes. Each home will have its own 15Q0 galion 2- <br /> compartment septic tank, with one common drain field for each group of homes.There is no <br /> pre treatment proposed at this time. <br /> The preliminary sizing values are: <br /> (5}3-bed�oam Type I homes @ 450 GPD each =2250 galions per day design flow <br /> 2250 GPD x .83 SSF(Loamy Sand & Sancq = 1867.5 sq.ft. <br /> 1867.5 x .8 (20°!o reduction using high capacity chambers)= 1494(9500)GPD <br /> 9500 GPD 13'wide trenches = 500 lin. ft. trenches per drain field area <br /> As shown on the preliminary sketch, (5)trenches, 3'x100' ea. = 15Q0 sq.ft. <br /> Additional testing and design will be �equired prior to permitting and construction. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this project, please contact me at your convenience. <br /> Best regards, <br /> �S_ <br /> Tim Haeg <br /> Advanced Designer <br /> Watab Inc. <br /> MPCA Lic. 2116 <br />
