The property shall maintain a neat and orderly appearance. 2. The trees and vegetation shall remain along the west property line to provide screening. 3. F�sting trees and vegetation along Patriot Avenue shall remain. 4. All hazardous waste from the service area shall be stored and disposed in accordance with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency standards. 5. Signage shall be permitted by separate application. 6. All work on boats shall be conducted within an enclosed structure.
