The property shall maintain a neat and orderly appearance. <br /> 2. The trees and vegetation shall remain along the west property line to provide <br /> screening. <br /> 3. F�sting trees and vegetation along Patriot Avenue shall remain. <br /> 4. All hazardous waste from the service area shall be stored and disposed in <br /> accordance with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency standards. <br /> 5. Signage shall be permitted by separate application. <br /> 6. All work on boats shall be conducted within an enclosed structure. <br />
