City of
Pequott
Lakes—
MEMORANDUM
TO: Mayor and City Council
FROM: Sandy Peine, City Clerk
DATE: November 9, 2010
SUBJECT: September 7.2010 Citv Council Minutes
I have reviewed the minutes and listened to the recording of the meeting. I believe the
minutes do accurately reflect the discussion and action that took place at the Council
meeting.
In response to the request for amendments:
First Bullet:
The minutes do not reflect outside conversations that took place prior to the meeting.
Also, the minutes do not reflect every discussion of the Council. If the Council wishes to
include certain aspects of discussion; they must be clear as to what should be reflected in
the minutes.
Second Bullet:
After listening to the audio of the meeting, Mr. Littman did speak to the issues and did
not directly ask questions of the Council.
Items to be made part of the record should have been available to the Council and public
during the meeting. Information submitted after a meeting cannot be included in the
minutes.
Third Bullet:
The minutes do not need to reflect that questions were unanswered.
Fourth Bullet:
The statement in the minutes is correct. The words "seem similar" were used as stated in
the audio recording.
Fifth Bullet:
The spelling has been corrected in the minutes.
Sixth Bullet:
