COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 3. Strateav for Labor Neaotiations Pursuant to MN Statute 13D.03 <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SEILS MOVED TO CLOSE THE SPECIAL <br /> MEETING TO DISCUSS LABOR NEGOTIATION STRATEGY � <br /> PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE 13D.03. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION.
