Mr. <br /> Walberg stated gravel and grass. Planning Commission Member Birch asked the <br /> difference between impervious surfaces of gravel and pavement. Chair Hallan stated it <br /> is all impervious. <br /> Planning Commission Member Savino asked what percentage would be increasing. <br /> Would it be doubling your area? Mr.Walberg stated it is not quite doubling the area. <br /> Mr.Walberg's mechanic stated the last CUP they could only use 50% of the property. <br /> This application proposes to use the entire commercial area. He further stated only 11% <br /> is going to be covered by vehicles and/or sawmills. <br /> Planning Commission Member Savino inquired what the screening requirements are. <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the screening requirement is 50%from Patriot Avenue.
