ORDINANCE NUMBER�9-_, SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1�OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING ZONING DISTRICI' PROVISIONS AND OVERI.AY DISTRICTS <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUIVT'Y OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter <br /> 1�of the Pequot Lakes City Code regarding Zoning District Provisions and Overlay <br /> Districts. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 1�,Article 5.i shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section ��-5.i GENERAL <br /> 6. The following provisions apply to all zoning districts: <br /> A. Except where specifically stated, all accessory structures or uses <br /> require the prior establishment of a principle structure. <br /> B. Agricultural use is prohibited within �oo feet of the OHW. <br /> C.
